About Prime Care
Established in 1994, Prime Care is a family-run care agency providing quality care at home in the Salisbury and Amesbury areas. We have been an approved care provider for Wiltshire Council for over 20 years and we’re also a member of Wiltshire Council’s flagship social care service, the Help to Live at Home Alliance.
We believe people should be able to live at home in their own familiar surroundings for as long as possible – our aim is to provide a real alternative to residential or hospital care. We work closely with family members, social workers, doctors and other health professionals to provide a personalised service to meet each individual’s needs.
Our Carers
Our carers are local, experienced and highly trained to provide high quality support with personal care, medication, domestic tasks and more. Prime Care’s friendly management and administration team are available during working hours, Monday to Friday.

Meet your team
Rachel Jones
Care Co-ordinator
Rachel joined the office team at Prime Care in March 2022 as a Care Co-ordinator. Before joining our team, Rachel worked in the care industry as a qualified carer for many years and brings with her a wealth of experience.
Shannon Warlow
Care Co-ordinator
Shannon joined the office team as a care co-ordinator in August 2021, and she is also a senior carer.
Natasha Manchester
Care Co-ordinator
Natasha joined Prime Care in 2019. She is an experienced care co-ordinator who not only works in the office but is also a qualified carer.
Kelly Donell
Office Manager
Kelly oversees the running of our busy office and joined Prime Care in September 2021. Kelly has a background in office administration and accounting.
Paul Riley
Founder & Senior Partner
Paul founded Prime Care in 1994. He has worked in partnership with Wiltshire Council in the Salisbury and Amesbury areas since care in the community was conceived 27 years ago.
Ann Scott
Care Manager
Ann joined Prime Care in 2004. Having worked in the health and social care sector for over 30 years, Ann is passionate about providing a quality care service to vulnerable adults in her local area.
